Orders are shipped from France.
Delivery times are provided as estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Deliveries within the European Union
For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply.
As Urow operates as a micro-business not subject to VAT, prices displayed do not include VAT.
Deliveries outside the European Union
For all deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom), orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, which is the standard option for small shipments.
This means that local import VAT, customs duties (if applicable), and any carrier handling or customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
These fees are set and collected by local authorities and/or carriers and are outside of our control. We recommend that customers check their local import regulations before placing an order.
